By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and WAAPPER (“WAAPPER”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website, software, applications, and Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other applicable terms or policies incorporated into these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We may notify users of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

The information provided through the Services is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would violate applicable laws or regulations. Users accessing the Services from other locations are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

3. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will become effective when the revised Terms are posted through the applicable WAAPPER website or service channels, unless a different effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

4. Eligibility

To use WAAPPER Services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
